Well I jsut signed up for this site and seeing how everyone else is posting before and after pics I figured I would do the same... I gained over 80lbs from 2 years of not eating right exercising or taking care of my
body the way I properly should have
.
I took it upon myself in the past year to get into better shape... I play hockey I stopped right after highschool and I am now trying to get back into hockey in college at the school I go to here in pittsburgh... this was were my drive started... but anywho....
In december of 06
me currently at 175lbs
