An 18 year old's fight against fat

Hey, my name is Elliott. I managed to gain over 90lbs during a year of unhealthy eating and poor lifestyle.

I begun fighting in 2007. February. This is where my life changed, i signed myself up to a gym and started working away. It was hard for me, the first month would be me going to the gym for three days then going for 1 the next week, yet alone eating the odd snack which ruined my diet.

I was able to beat this habbit, and with my new found mental strength, i fought against the fat; month by month my body changing into a more fitter, and better being.

I don't wanna write a whole story on it, so lets get straight to teh photos! o_O!!

230 lbs here. Because of my height i don't appear so fat around this region.

211 / 215 lbs photograph.

Taken on christmas day. Weight = 208lbs.
