Rep Power: 0 | | | from 205lbs to 140lbs!! *First weight goal gone* Okay, when I first got pregnant, I was a nice size. I was happy because I wasn't OVER fat, but I was comfy at my weight. When I had nathan...and got on the depo shot, this is what I looked like in december of 2006:
Yes...A woping 205lbs! I HATED myself! I started getting depressed, and I ate for comfort. Since I hated myself, I hated everything around me. If I was feeling shi**y, I made sure everyone around me was feeling shi**y too!
But then, I got bell palsy...where my face went completely numb. I couldn't blink, nor smile. I was soooo depressed by then, that I thought there is nothing to live for but for my son.
AFTER the bell palsy went away, I told myself it was time to lose weight...and fast! I am proud to announce, that I pamela, have lost a total of 60LBS within a year. I did this all by myself. Walking, jogging, and the elliptical trainer helped alot...but it was my diet that was the most changing experiance...and the hardest! But I will tell you...I look and feel SOOOOO much better.
I have a lot more weight to lose, within 30lbs, but I don't give a rats A$$ what anyone says...I have junk in the trunk...AND in the front, and I am damn proud of that!!
So...the new pamela: |

Rep Power: 225165 | | | Wow congrats you look amazing! My hubby had bell palsy and it was torture for him,he couldn't blink so his eye would water and then dry out and his smile was crooked noticeable and doc said it strted with a somple ear infection, after about a month it went away but you can still see a small difference in his smile.
Hopefully it is gone for good, congrats on getting through tough times and your weightloss,Tammy
