work in progress
I started my
weight loss attempt about a month ago. When I started I was 145. Now here's the thing, I have a horrible self image, so asking myself if I'm making progress is going to get me no where.

I know it's not much change, but I've never attempted to lose weight before so this is kinda hard for me
