I can't tell any difference, me & my wife both lost 22lbs this month... what do you guys think??

I've lost about 8kg/17lb and I can't tell a difference either but I've had a couple of people inform and inquire if I've lost weight, so I guess something is changing!

I can definitely see a difference in your stomach, you seem to be more tanner too. I can see a bit of a difference in your wifes face too. Well done on the loss so far!

Big Tip: make sure you're taking your images from the same difference each time, it makes it a lot easier to tell when you've lost weight.

I notice a bit of difference in your stomach but not much. There's this saying that goes around that I heard:

It takes one month for you to feel it,
Two months for you to notice it,
and three months for others to notice it.

Or something along those lines. Great progress though, keep up the great work you two!!!

I always feel that others notice it before you do? Well, that's been my experience thus far.

One thing to remember is if this is your first month dieting, some of those pounds you lost are water weight....which probably won't reflect as much in the pictures.

I had to lose about 30lbs before I saw a difference, but after that it get's a lot easier since 5lbs become's a larger percentage of your total body weight.

I can tell a difference in your wife's face...I think it is common for that to be one of the first places to thin out, I know mine sure did.

Also, are ya'll taking measurements? It might help at this beginning stage when you can't see much difference to be able to see real numbers with the measurements.

what would also be a good idea is taking the pics in the same clothes each time. That way you are bound to know you are losing when they actually become too big for you!! Thats always a great sign!

I can see it, though it's hard with your wife because her clothing is very baggy. I did thought I could see a difference in her face, but I wasn't sure if it was in my head. Since someone else saw it too, I guess not!

I wish I would have taken pictures... Ive lost 50 lbs between today and June and still think I look the same... but people tell me other wise...
