good effort. You may wish to adjust your goal weight though, 116lb is anorexic i think for 6' tall person.

Thanks! Oh no, 116 is not my goal weight that is just the amount of lbs I want to loose from my starting weight. My goal weight is 160lbs!

Something tells me you are from Sweden, if you are then we have another thing in commen more than loosing weight. I am originally from Sweden but moved to Florida 3 years ago.

I can see from your pictures that you are doing a great job as well! Keep up the great work!

Yes I know... I have tried many different ones and counting calories is the ONLY healthy diet I can think of that works!

I was thinking 'oh no not another pro-ana try-hard' (we've had a few). Pics do look awesome, and 160 is a good weight!

Hi, thank you for stopping by again! Please feel welcome to ask my anything, happy if I can help!

The only excersie I do is to walk/jog on my treadmill 3-4 days a week for 60 minutes.
First I walk on the treadmill for 9 minutes (speed of 3.5 miles/hour) and then I jog/run (speed 4.6 miles/h) for 1 minute.... I will do this over and over again until i reach 60 minutes... great excersie!... I guess it is different from person to person but this way is perfect for me (I have a herniated disc)....
