Rep Power: 6 | | Another Monday....phew.. got through another weekend of not eating or drinking any unhealthy stuff!
I work a 9-5 job and when the weekdays come it is easy for me to follow a specific schedule of work, exercises and eating right!.... Weekends are the toughest... I just want to relax on the couch eating chocolate and donuts and drinking coke!.... The main solution is to keep yourself busy! |
