Rep Power: 10 | | | Very fantastic. You carry your weight well at your present weight. I am also 6 feet tall and now weigh 172, and still look it. I'm thick in the middle, so it shows more than if I actually had a figure.

Rep Power: 6 | | thats fantastic. wow. i recently purchased a treadmill, started walking mon 29th jan, doing exactly what you do, 5 hours a week on it, each friday morning going for my personal best. start off light each week recovering from the weekend though. but by thursday night straight back into it!! and no white bread or pasta, and lots more fruit and veg!!

Feels good! Lost 6.6 lbs the last 2 weeks ... I am really excited to reach the 100's.... only 3.6 lbs left...I know I can do it by my next weigh-in on the 15th!
