Hi all! All the stories I've read on here the past couple of months are very inspirational... I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me get through the last bit of weight I need to get to the BMI in the middle of my range (134 lbs.). I started out at 196, and not a good 196 / BMI of over 30.Now I am down to 148.
The pics I have are me at 182 and 148 (today!). This is over a period of 15 months. I lost over 30 lbs in three of those months and have worked alot on improving my physical fitness as well as posture. I have a question for you guys (and gals) - what do you think a good waist size would be - at the moment i'm about 33 inches and wondering if 32 is good or I should try to get to 30 - I'm really thinking about what would be an athletic build? Also thinking about clothes and such too - most of my clothes are too big and wearing out at that!

Rep Power: 0 | | damn son! you shouldn't worry about waist size! your weight loss has been great, now just work on ab and other exercises to tighten up the midsection - but i wouldn't fixate on waist size |
