Rep Power: 25 | | Thanks very much for your kind and encouraging words! The scale continues to frustrate me, as some days I am up and others I am down, having a hard time busting out of the 150s. However, I feel great when I think of where I have come from, and knowing that I now fit into a size 5 skirt! That is CRAZY!

Rep Power: 25 | |  Thanks for all of the kind words! I am still working hard to get to my next goal of 145, then 135. I work out like a maniac, so think I must be needing more protein in my diet to keep on losing, as it is PAINFULLY slow these days!
