yes i feel good compared to what i was in my befores...(150lbs)
Now im 136 trying to get down to 120 or less..
ive just started Tae Bo last week and i havent lost anything yet so im a bit dissapointed but im still gonna keep on doing this no matter what.
i def feel better in my clothes my size 11 jeans are geting lose on me so now i fit back into my size 9 jeans  So i cant wait til i reach my goal!!

Rep Power: 8 | | for the first 2 months i did pilates and stationary bike atleast 2 hours a day
and now i started Taebo and still add pilates & the bike.. |
