Hi all. Here ae some of my pics of before, along the way and current of my weight loss. I started loosing weight in July of 2007, and am currently at a total of 73lbs that I have lost. My start weight was 224, and I'm now at 151
I want to loose some more, but I'm stuck.  I don't know why. Well, I look foward to talking with you all!! 7.jpg

Yay!!!
Loosing weight for me was not for looks, or vanity purposes. My body, feet especially, hurt from the weight. I feel better physically, and I also have a feeling of accomplishment. I set a goal for myself, and I reached it. Now anything more I can loose is just icing on the cake. My weight loss plan worked for me, and it is really easy. |

Rep Power: 25 | |  FANTASTIC WEIGHT LOSS! Great job, you have really worked hard and it shows! Read some of the threads on this forum regarding plateaus for ideas on how to bust through.
