I eliminated nothing. I eat less of some things - for instance, refined sugars. I don't eat a lot of white bread, white rice, pastas, etc. I eat everything whole grain - the majority of the time. But on occassion, I'll have cake, white bread or what have you.
I eat everything in moderation. I knew if I started cutting out and restricting then I would fail. It works best for me  |
