Thanks for the comment coffebro. I am definitely going to try that when I get to a plateau. Maybe doing some more weight training too would help me to tone up.

Hi everyone!
I was just checking in to see how everyone's weight loss is coming along. I finished my last exam Friday, and despite a stressful week I managed to drop a few pounds. I'm really happy to be 156.5 because I was stuck at 160.5Lbs for a couple weeks... it was pretty discouraging. I bought myself a pair of jeans the other day. They are fabulous. I know if I plan to lose more weight buying clothes is silly but I felt like I needed a treat. They're 30/34. I don't know what the works out to in 0,2,4.. sizes?!?! My ultimate goal would probably be a size 6.
Anyways hope everyone is well.

I don't know if it is all that great lol. I still don't eat very healthy but I am counting calories and exercising nearly every day. I have a diary on here where I post everything I eat/ do each day.

I weighed in today and lost 4 more lbs this week!! Maybe I am just one of the lucky ones that loses easily?
