Hello everyone. I've been away for a while. I decided to take another break from the internet for the most part, which is why I've not been around. Anyway, I've decided to post some updated pictures of myself. I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks because I was getting frustrated with the actual poundage, but I'm still taking weekly pictures and still taking weekly measurements. While I'm not at goal yet, I guess I hope to be about to my appearance goal by the end of the summer (by August, maybe). I'm working out pretty hard, though I took a week off because of an inflamed/strained muscle. Fortunately, I will be able to really amp up my fitness starting in June since I don't work in the summer. Lucky me.

This was taken in July while I was overseas. As soon as I got back home I decided I needed to make some serious lifestyle changes. I officially started at the beginning of August, 2007.


This next shot is a comparison my trainer (Leigh Peele--one of WLF's very own moderators) made for me today. The first picture is from October or November, I think. The second picture is from today.

I too am currently struggling with the actual numbers not changing. But I still have people telling me that the weight is still coming off and I see/feel the difference in my clothing.
Keep up all the hard work and you will definately be at your goal by the end of summer.

Janice: Thanks for stopping by, It's been really slow since January, but that's due in part to the fact that I took a 4-6 week break from everything. Ooops. Oh well, I'm back on track now and I've been so for the past couple of months and I'm seeing results. As for the injury, it's a strained connector between my glute and hamstring. Hurty butt.
