Wishes: my weight seems to be coming off the top half, waist and upper thighs last. As for the legs, I do have strong legs but can't cycle like you do, I'm sure that has something to do with it.

Sorry I didn't see the questions before.

All I did was count calories and exercise. I was never one for fad diets, I could never stay on them for more than a day, My brain doesn't like to be told I can't have a certain food, Like bread, I CAN"T live without bread, it is my weakness.

I started out loosing about 2 lbs a week and that has slowed to 1 lb since January, but I have lost 3 lbs this week, it may be kicking back up (we'll see how long that lasts)

Great job! I don't think you even look like the same person in the very beginning picture. You can really see a difference in your legs too.
