Rep Power: 87 | | I have a blog called 21 yrs old and battaling the big 200 - check it out. Its where I post all my updates. New pictures of my progress will be in 2- 3 weeks.

I am 5'6 ' Tall by the way. I carry all my weight in the middle to upper portion of my body. My side view has changed alot since I have lost the 10 - 15 lbs. Used to have a big pot stick out belly. Hopefully more exciting changes happen this month! |

So this morning I got up and got dressed found some things in my closet I have not worn forever. One of which was the shirt in the BEFORE pic at 205. Silk black ( beautiful shirt) So I put it on and then look at myself and realize that the buttons are done up and that it is big on me in all areas. Style of the shirt is to be a little big to begin with. So I came to work and looked at this blog and saw the shirt in that pic and then now... WOW I can not even believe the amount of room I have in this one. It was very motivating to see that much of a physcial change in my clothes. I am having a great day now. Thank you everyone for your inspiration. Wow Girl you look awesome. I have lost from 232 to 198 and am also 5'6 and I totally dont see myself looking like that in 8lbs or so. What do you do for exercise? | | |
