Im sorry, but this is not spam AT ALL. Nor is it fake. I lost the weight and Im darn proud of it. I was overweight and finally found somehing that worked for me and as just sharing i with the weight loss community. Isn't that what were here for? Anyways, I lost weight on a diet called 7 pounds in 7 days. The site is LINK REMOVED

I don't think anyone was doubting your weigth loss. The spam was in your signature line.

Before I saw spam removed, I was really doubting the pictures. They are really sketchy quality, like the after looking older quality wise than the before.
