I have been "tracking", sometimes it is hard to read diary threads because there's a lot of catching up and hit and run posts in most... however, I did read all about the fact that you are finally "seeing" the changes most people have seen 20 lbs ago.
Dude, its gotten crazy. I do not know what else i can say. The definition in places where there was always fat. I am sure it was gradual but it did not seem that way. It just came at a good time and justified all I am doing. I really want lean now, I want 10% BF jist to see how I look.

I've never done a goodwill store, however, I just might hit one up today just to see what's going on with one of them. Ya never know...

I have heard they are a good source to temp clothing.

they are -just keep in mind (for you girl-like-size-obsessed-types) a lot of them will have older clothing - it's still in style but older clothes tend to be sized far less generously than the sizes are today... that size medium shirt you pick up - might cut off your circulation.. Ignore the size and go with what fits your body and what looks good.

great advice as always, mal - i learned this somewhat recently, i stopped caring about the number on the clothing as long as it looked good I was ok with it b/c I am smaller now than I was...that is all that matters...
