So now you know, the next time it happens, that as long as you stick with it, that things will keep moving in the right direction.

For those of you that have been following my story you will know that I had a 'holy shit' moment last week. Everything seemed to come together in one week.
I posted pictures 5.8 and am now happy I did. I took pictures yesterday. I personally see a huge change but wanted to post them so to get any others opinions and to show people what I was talking about with my moment of clarity.
first picture was taken 5.8 at around 225.
second was taken 6.11 at around 220.

I know, it is kinda crazy for a month or so. And only a 5 lb or so difference.

Rep Power: 648431 | | | Brian, great results. I think you are seeing the difference between weight loss and redistributing the weight. You were losing fat and gaining muscle, so no change on the scale. I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know. It's nice to see it, though.
