I've not had anything new to post here in a while but I will try to get something new shortly. I've been kind of slacking for the past month or so. I'm trying to get back on the ball and taking pics/measurements regularly is a good way to keep me focused.

Rep Power: 11 | | Haven't posted anything new since September when I ran the 8-mile. Well it occurred to me that it's been almost a year to the day since my trip to Mexico. It was after returning from Mexico that I gradually found myself making the transition to the new healthy me.
So my least favourite pic from Mexico is one my wife-at-the-time took of me on the beach. Absolutely hideous. It's been burned into my head ever since and probably will be for... oh, forever.
So with it being a year gone, I decided to take a photo to compare between the two. I'm pretty pleased with where I'm at now. I still have some work to do, but the difference is crazy... even for me.
It's always embarrassing posting shirtless photos, but I've done it once already so what's one more?  |
