A New Goal
I have decided that I am going to not look at the BIG picture of how much I want to lose, rather look at a smaller amount in a certain amount of time. I hope this really helps me.
Currently: 348
Goal : 300 by my sisters 17th birthday. August 23 2008.

Luck has nothing to do with it - I wish you consistency... because consistency has everything to do with getting to where you want to be...
Just take it day by day and have some tangible goals in place for yourself... and you'll get there..
you also might want to take starting measurements.., keep track of those as well - you will often see results there quicker than you will the scale...
