I'm back again! with some inbetweens! ;)
howdy, everybody~ I used to go to this forum alot more when i was on my way down from 300 pounds (when i was 14-15 years old)
here is a link to some pics of me at my peak weight if you are curious: click here, darlings!!<3
I made it down to 150 and since then have been up and down with my weight due to major schedule changes~ >__<
But I've been starting up a serious diet/exercise routine and sticking to it, burning approx. 1000 cals a day. =D and having some intense portion control on my meals.
The only thing I can't seem to help is how my bellybutton looks ugly from my waistline being 52 inches at one time. I can't seem to tone that thing!! D= (any tips, please?)
But hey~ I'm not that ashamed of my body anymore~ regardless that I'm still working on it~ I think I've come along way (I'm just not finished yet!)
so here are some current shots of me that i took just today! =P
current weight: 155 lbs
height: 5'2"
waistline: 28 in. TT___TT!!!! *sniffs* ....used to be an inch and a half smaller~ ;__;

I can't believe thats the same girl! You look wonderful. Your hard work has paid off. And yes, I would think a 28" waist is good for being 5'2 and 155. I'm 5'3 and 144 and have a 29" waist.
Good job and congrats.

I just looked at your MySpace pictures. I can't believe you are the same girl. I'm totally amazed and inspired.
I hope I can have a success story just as good as yours.
Do you mind if I ask how you lost all that weight?
Veronica
I just watched what i ate~ cut out fast foods, sit-down restaurants, and soda (diet or not)~ and watched out for high fructose corn syrup~ tried to get in enough dietary fiber, and tried eating meals under 4-5 fat grams~
I also stay around 300-400 cals below my maintenance cals~
I recently tried diet pills for the first time ever~ and just gained it all back and then some after I got off of them~ but I just worked off the weight I gained from getting off of the pills... =___= last time I take anything like that!
I eat alot of veggan food too~ =) it helps~ and veggie burgers are healthy, delicious, and come in a variety of flavors~
I also kinda obsess on exercise~ I even do exercises behind the register at my work in between customers on a slow day~ =0 (the camera security guy catches me and makes fun of me though~ but w/e~ xP)
but yeah~ I work hard~ =\
