Hi Everyone!!!

I've been secretly keeping progress shots of my weight loss. At the start I was really anal about it and took pics every couple of days or so and now I think the ones before today I took about a week and a half ago, so it's more healthy. But today is my One Month Anniversary of my eating healthy and living healthy plan so I'm celebrating by posting my one month shots.

The dates are on my watermarks. So one is 26/04 and one is 26/05.08. Can anyone notice a difference or am I trying to see something that isn't there?

Sorry- all my clothes are loose and I wanted shots to be as accurate as possible- that's why they're in bikini. Sorry for any discomfort this causes to your retinas!!!!

your stomach looks a lot flatter and your legs look slimmer too i think theres quite a noticeable difference

Great job! I definately see a difference. I can bet I see more of a difference then you can! I think I barely see any differences in my own pics but people tell me its HUGE. You will be to where you want to be in no time. You're doing awesome.

in the after picture you were able to put your bikini bottoms a bit higher, meaning they fit better.

definitely could tell the weight loss in your stomach area, everything looks so much tighter.

I think the big difference is in your stomach (lucky you!) its now alot flatter and looks more toned. Well done!

Looking good! Keep taking pics every month and you will be glad you did. I started off with a similar body type, though I was a bit bigger in the tummy. I just posted my progress pics the other day called "Two months in, 17 lbs down".

Hope you don't mind but I edited your pics so you could see the same poses side by side.
Look at the difference in your "muffins" if you will. They have REALLY GONE DOWN!


And look at your tummy. It is obviously smaller, as are your thighs!

I think there is a big difference and you're doing an AWESOME JOB! Keep up the good work!

good job! This is definitely a good difference, especially in just a month! It's very hard to see our own progress compared to having other people see it..so trust us keep up that hard work!

Gee long time no see!!! I havent been on here in ages!! Just thought I'd stop in to see how my progress has been. I didn't realise it's been just over a year since my first progress shot!!

I've fallen off the horse a lot in the last year, but I think (and hope) i'm on a good track now. I've got a boyfriend now (woo!) who is really into fitness and health (and has also been through a weight loss) so that's kind of a motivation too!!

Just thought I'd pop in to give you my latest shot. It's not as great as some of the others here, and it's mainly for my own purposes, but yeah! Let me know what your thoughts are...... nice or constructive only *blushes*

oh, for clarification, the one watermarked "RGS 24/04" is from 24/04/08 and the one watermarked "RGS 26/05/09" is from today
