The weight loss happened slowly. I was 16 in the first picture and 18 in the very recent ones. When I worked at it, the weight dropped pretty quickly...and then I would maintain for a while having a pretty normal lifestyle until I got fed up and lost some more. Kicking the depression (lifelong battle) helped, as I am an emotional eater. So did my @$$hole ex boyfriend. Everytime he screwed me over, I got stronger and more motivated to better myself. So thanks to him

I am a massive emotional eater myself, so well done!!
That is what I battle with the hardest. As I just want to open up a bar of chocolate to feel better. Or say " oh I deserve it after my shit day"
But it sounds like you are really looking after yourself, and realising that you are totally worth it. If he's not good for you, he's not worth it. Plus you look so hot now, he can just eat his heart out. You've just moved into a different quality of guys you can start going out with hahaha

I'm between 5'3" and 5'4". I still got a little to go but I really have come a long way! Hopefully my curves will still be in tact when all is over with! I don't want to be a stick.
