This is my firdt post, I've been a long time lurker.
This is me, April 2007, weight 189 lbs. The picture really grossed me out, but seeing it changed my life. I've pulled this picture up many times in the past year so that I never forget where I came from. 
This is me 2 weeks ago, 145 lbs. I still want to lose about 20lbs. I am 5' 3".   |

wow u could be mistaken as mother and daughter...definitely different person..congrats..what did you do and did it take you very long to achieve to where you are rite now..

Taz | Thanks! It's taken a year, I'm slow. I walk a couple of times a week. I also eat lean cuisines a couple of times a day & a snack every couple of hours. I think the biggest difference was cutting out the junk & fast food. |
