As I said you are my new inspiration! | Yeah... I miss all that stuff. I did have fried oysters about 4 weeks ago, shucked & fried them myself. I can't remember the last time I had beignets. Quote:

I'm in New York training for a new job right now and they've been wining and dining us every night, so I'm a little concerned. I think I've put on a few... worked out 5 out of 10 days... still 3 days to go. I'll have to get right back on this weekend. Going to a Yankee game tonight, so no workout today... |

It has been durable and like you said, it gives BF%, hydration% and lean mass%. |

5'9" - 5'10" (I've seen both at the dr's office - I like to think I'm 5'10" )
Got the scale at K-Mart for $30, I think - maybe $40. |

Rep Power: 14 | | As I said 3 months back, I have the same problem as you when it comes to muffin tops. I'm now about 71kg and originally I thought I would need to lose another few kilo's, but I think I need to focus on weights, muscle building and toning up.
Excuse my ignorance, but how do I calculate body fat percentage as I'm pretty sure that's my problem which I need to concentrate on? | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
