Rep Power: 4 | | | Before....IN between...and current Hey guys, I started posting on here a while back, but got busy during the school year with all my work, training for football, and conditioning myself
Anyway, I posted what I thought as an after probably a year ago, but now I have a new current (won't say I'm quite done since I thought I was done a year ago. Yea but I never posted a before so now I have all three a before, inbetween, and current.
So heres 2 years ago....Before...I don't even like looking at these pics anymore...I'm the one on the farthest left in the grey shirt...This is when I was 15 at 307 lbs
Here is a year ago when I was at like...220ish I wanna say and 16 years old
And finally my current which is at 17 years old and 195 lbs which I'm maintaining for now for football purposes, Believe it or not this is after alot of bulking...before was worse...I'm pretty strong now actually placed 3rd on my team in overall strength..but yea I'm highly considering surgery after football this year |

What would you like to have surgery for? Excess skin?

Rep Power: 4 | | Yea Surgery for skin which isn't terrible, everyone I talk to saws its one of those things that with a shirt on you wouldn't give a passing glance...but if I take my shirt off the loose skin is not like oh my god horrible but its noticeable enough (at least in my eyes) that I think I might consider surgery....I mean heres a pic
As you can see towards the bottom of the abdomen it sags but I mean I'm kinda towards the point that the improvements from working out alot are making enough of an effect that I may just say hell with it and leave that skin there as a reminder :P |

Rep Power: 357933 | | you're still quite young so surgery really shouldnt be needed... give it some time and keep doing what you're doing..

Rep Power: 657591 | | | You look great, man. Congrats! How did your performance hold up throughout that much of a weight loss? I'm sure things like stamina and speed increased... but what about strength?
Were you playing football when you were 300+? If so I'd assume you changed positions after losing all that weight, lol.
I'm with Mal. I wouldn't think about surgery at this stage in the game. Keep living the lifestyle, balanced training, good diet... and with your age things will improve. |

Rep Power: 4 | | | Yea, I think I'm with you guys on this one. Considering the fact I'm still growing as well in the past few months I've actually grown another inch taller at about 6'1" now and the doctor said I probably should be between 6'2" and 6'3" and he said I could grow until I was about 21. So I might just wait till towards the end of college to see what its like then.
Oh and I started football when I was at about 250 lbs. Played Lineman (duh), but now that I'm at 195 I play Middle Linebacker because as you said my speed and stamina have increased tenfold, and as to strength I'm stronger now than I was when I weighed 300 lbs :P |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Whatever you do, screw surgery man. If you go to on to play college football they are going to put so much muscle on your ass that your skin will be stretched out again, in a good way. That's a hell of a transformation, by the way. Awesome job. What state do you play football in?

Rep Power: 4 | | I play in Virginia, specifically Cave Spring in Roanoke, VA.
Although Virginia isn't as serious about their football as places like Alabama and Texas, hell here its a walk on sport
I highly doubt I'll go onto college, I have the technique at middle linebacker, and for high school I'm a good player, but not great, and I don't have the size to go onto college, not to mention I plan to enroll in engineering school at Virginia Tech rather than focus on playing a sport :P, granted I'll still workout heavilly knowing me. | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
