My heaviest was 220 I at 202 as of today and about to break into the 100's for the first time in 5 years. I have a hard time imagining myself at 160-150 let alone 130. wii fit keeps telling me my ideal weight is like 125 for my weight and i just kind of shrug it off and say not in this lifetime but wow if just keep doing what i doing now theres no reason I can't be. I'm just so shocked that something like that is actually possible... VERY inpirational. |
