I Wanna drop about 15-20 more pounds just so i can look better in a swimming suit =p but for now lets see if the progress worked out

I want to gain some muscle and lose a bit more fat on my butt and thighs and arms.

Rep Power: 5 | | wow- those are some great pics to show what a difference there's been in your appearance, but can I just say how much most women would love to look the way you did in those pics at 190 & 170- damn you hide your weight well! And like NolaRob said, after what you've already done, the last 21 pounds will come off soon enough- a huge congratualtions to you and I hope one day not too far from now to be posting before and after pics with me in my cute new clothes.... good job!! |
