Starting new 50 day program
I am starting a new 50 day program and just wanted to track my progress. If you don't know I have already lost about 35-40lbs so this is a bit of a after and a before.
Weight here is about 188ish. I'll update in maybe 2 weeks with new pics.

What's the new program. Or is this what we were talking about in your journal, with regards to re-emphasizing metabolic stuff?

Yeah. Pretty much. Planning on doing the 50 day program in Never Gymless. Probably add some dumbell and sand bag stuff to the max strength days though.
