All I meant was, even if this is the case, it's not a reliable tool, because it has other negative effects, and you might be stuck in an internal dilemma when you want to quit.
I don't think it should be promoted as a weight loss miracle. | That reminds of a kid I knew back in high school. When I left high school to switch to an alternative school he was fat and getting into drugs. The next year he ended up at the alternative school too and was quite thin.
