Hello everyone! I'm giving this another shot because I've gained about 10 pounds back from my lowest weight. I'm looking to lose about 25 pounds by the spring or summer by making sure I get back to working out 5-6 days a week and not snacking on carbs during the day. I also need to stop eating late at night and eating junk on the weekends when I go out. Wish me luck!
Hey! Thanks! I started off about 20 pounds heavier than I am now. The most I ever weighed was 27 pounds more than now and I'm only 5'2 so it made a HUGE difference. It feels almost impossible to reach my goal weight, especially because I haven't weighed that little since I can remember. I need to stay optimistic and not give up!
You can do it girl! Don't ever give up and if you feel like it, we're always here. You look fantastic already, such a pretty girl. I'm watching my carbs as well and man oh man is hard to give up bread and pasta.
Take each day as it comes. Don't worry about yesterday or tomorrow. It makes the journey so much more rewarding and easy. When you're hungry, eat, and make the right choices about what to eat. Keep up your exercise routine, try not to over eat and snack unnecessarily. As long as you stick to it you will lose the weight!
you really are a pretty girl. I'm sure you can reach your goal I hear ya on the carbs...Im a freakin carbaholic. If I could control my carb intake more Im sure my last bit of weight would probably FLY off...but I just cant stand to not have them haha evilllll things!!
