Hello All,
My name is Paul and I am a 27 year old Male living in Australia. I have just joined this forum for the first time. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and it is driving me insane. I really need to lose weight, and lose it fast. Here are some pics I took a couple of weeks ago. My weight is 124.5kgs. I will hide my face and only show it once I have lost my desired weight. I need help with the right foods to eat more than anything. I really struggle in that department. The other department I struggle in is MOTIVATION!! I need it..badly. Well, here goes nothing. Cheers.

Rep Power: 0 | | Do you have a nutritionist or dietician? They can definetly help figure out the foods you need to eat. Also, a good personal trainer goes a LOONG way. I know this from personal experience!  Good luck with your weight loss! Keep us updated!
P.S. Try not to lose weight to fast. That's a sure recipe for gaining it all back! | |
