JennaRenee- Yep. although once i got my head around the fact that i NEEDED to lose weight and i didnt have any urges to cheat, thats when it all seemed to fall off. il be honest, i didnt eat any crap...nothing. all healthy natural stuff...but it paid off and i still dont have cravings for junk

Rep Power: 0 | | Thanks everyone.. diet as i said i had like 1 treat a week if that....it was all lean met veg, fruit and soup etc
and gym and aerobics dvd aimed for 1 hr cardio a day and dog walking etc....
