Rep Power: 8 | | | Thanks very much to everyone who has commented!
Yeah I must have had a growth spurt, my dad is a good 6'6 so I was expecting it some time soon.
I'm doing a bulking up session at the moment, so hopefully I'll look a bit more chunkier with muscle mass- then I'll be looking to go back to eating in a caloric deficit and losing weight.
Thanks again all! |

Rep Power: 9 | | Inspiring. Adding a little definition might help the extra fat you do have to not be as prominent too. Keep up the great work. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Haha the height thing threw me off, even though 81 lbs. is a LOT of weight lost, it still looks like more than that! Way to go, I wouldn't even think that you need to lose more than that, just my honest opinion. |

Rep Power: 8 | | At the moment I'm trying to tone up and sort of get a bit leaner I guess, nothing dramatic Hopefully I can get a video compilation up after I'm completely satisfied with my body's appearance, probably within the end of this year hopefully.
Thanks very much for the kind words, and for those wondering I've grown another inch lol | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
