Very, very well done. If you have done this, you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to! The future is yours.

Rep Power: 8 | | | Thanks very much to everyone for the kind words, and I'm very glad that these images are inspirational.
I'm working on a video that I'll release when I reach my afters, and tone up a bit. I've added a new image on the '1 year later' bit so check that out.

Rep Power: 12 | | Totally impressed with what you've done. Blown away is more like it. I can hardly recognize you!!!
Would you be interested in adding some muscle to your frame? 160lbs for 6'1" is pretty lean ... |

Rep Power: 8 | | I've still got quite a bit of back fat and theigh fat, so I want to get that off before I do any bulking. We'll see what 160 does to a 6" 1' frame, 17 lbs should clear up the rest of the flab though.
After that I'm looking to add a good 15 lbs in muscle mass, mostly on my upper body. Should be done within another 5-6 months. |

Rep Power: 8 | | | Yup, us teenagers shoot up around this age. Unfortunately, the fact that I was shorter when I was 260 means I was more obese than what I would be now. |

| Great Job Matt I think if you were to start working on tone now, that it'll help you loose the extra pounds. Muscle revs your metabolism and burns fat faster....i wouldn't put it off if i were you. |

I really wouldn't feel too good about leaving this last 20 odd lbs of fat on my back and thighs, but if you think it will get me to my goal faster and more efficiently :-\
Steve told me to focus on one goal at a time in a previous topic- wouldn't it make more logical sense to get rid of the fat THEN bulk up?
