Rep Power: 7 | | I thought I would post some in between pics. I weight loss was steady at first losing 35 pounds in the first 6 months. Then I lost 10 pounds last january at the start of the year and remained the same weight for 5 months. I took the diet and exercise into overdrive on June 1st of last year and have averaged 9 pounds a month since then. Bigger effort, bigger reward.
November 2007 - 300 pounds 
July 2008 - 265 pounds

I just saw an old roommate of mine who I hadn't seen in a year and a half. We were meeting outside in the city and he said when he saw me he didn't recognize me at first, so yeah to answer your question. lol. |
