From 321 to 212...109 pounds total.
Before - March 2007 (321 pounds) After - January 2009 (212 pounds)     
I did cardio at the gym almost every day, sometimes twice a day. I road my bike on bike trails during the summer which was my favorite form of exercise. Lifted weights twice a week, but some weeks didn't do it for whatever reason. Diet I kept low calorie and low junk. Occasionally drink and eat junk foods but the extra calories probably help due to the fact I keep calories low most of the time.
I went from a 3XL shirt to a L (no x's!!!).
Jeans went from a TIGHT 46" to a loose fitting 36".
Currently have 27.5% body fat and want to get it to at least 15%, perhaps as low as 10 or 9% (I'm 5'8").
