I started this weight loss journey on 12/25/07. At that time I was 5'5" and a depressing 174lbs. I looked at a picture of myself and almost vomited! I knew at that time that I had to change my life. Over the course of last year I did a modified south beach diet with small periods of regular exercise. I managed to lose 29lbs so far.
I have been overweight for the past 10 years. I am quicklly aproaching my big 30 birthday and I refuse to be FAT! I am back on phase 1 of the diet and starting my exercise program. I will post weekly picture updates. Stay tuned!
