wow u can really tell a difference, ur stomach is way more defined and cut.. and no its not just a really good picture. u can definatly see lines

You can most definitely see a difference!
I so understand the frustration/confusion of only losing one
pound but I also know that muscle weighs more than
fat ... and you CLEARLY toned up in the abdominal region sooo NOOOO worries!
You look fabulous and keep up the amazing work! =)

Yes, there is quite a difference in your
abs ! Whatever you are doing is working, regardless of what the *&^% scale says!
One member on this forum has a great signature tag that says:
BE MORE STUBBORN THAN THE SCALE!!!
