I think... like you said.. if you do cardio and maybe also a bit less calories eating, you will lose weight easily PLUS if you lose the fat, your stomach must be totally flat if you continue your excercising... Cause sometimes our fat hides our muscles... =|

I so understand the frustration/confusion of only losing one pound but I also know that muscle weighs more than fat... and you CLEARLY toned up in the abdominal region sooo NOOOO worries!
You look fabulous and keep up the amazing work! =) |
