So I'm back, it went really well, I felt so much more comfortable with myself than I did last time and it let me be myself a lot more and have a lot more fun... I'm also down to 226 now! 26lb away from my
goal... but I'm noticing that I'm still pretty chubby, might just be my perspective, but the jiggly chin and such is all still visible to me.
I plan to start working out a lot more seriously now to tone and build muscle on my legs/chest and arms... I've set a
goal for myself to run a marathon before the year ends and I plan on starting training soon, (Biggest Loser Inspired me on this one!)
I'll keep updating this as the weight drops off, but I was wondering, at the height of 5'10, if anyone could tell me what a good healthy
goal weight should be? In a sense that what weight will I need to reach before I can take my shirt off at a beach and not make children run away screaming and crying? (joking.. mostly :P)
I'm also thinking that it might be time to change my
goal to 180, or maybe less, as a healthy weight to be at for my height... but I'm not sure on this either.
