This is my first time on the forum, Just wanted to post a picture of my weight loss, taken lots of hard work!!! no pills or anything else just lots of sweat! What do you think?

Rep Power: 20 | | Dude that is incredible for 3 months!  Nice job man! It took me 9 months to lose that much and I still don't look that good.
Do you focus any days on just your arms or do you let the other excercises cover that? I am starting to train more like you lately in that I am only working one or two body parts per workout instead of a complete upper or lower body routine. I am just trying to fatigue the trained muscle a little more than I would with a upper or lower body workout. |
