Man I've been real slow about it. but I've actually made some progress. i have a LONG way to go I need to step it up *sigh* need more motivation. i haven't been consistent with working out but i have been eating less which i think has really helped.. anyway, let me know what you guys think..

Rep Power: 0 | | Yes, you can tell a difference. We are similar in hgt/wgt - I'm 5"5 and currently 187. Have so far lost 5.2 pounds. As far as motivation, you can do it! My doc recently told me to aim for 30 minutes of exercise, 6 days a week. I'm getting close to that, increasing my number of workouts every week. Stick with it, one day at at time (yes, cliche, but so true). |
