It's my first time here and I have to say I'm a little nervous. However this forum seems like such a great supportive community. I'm hoping it will help me stay on track and keep me accountable in reaching my goals.... So her goes...
My before pictures are from today. I'm 5'5" and 150.5 lbs. My goal is 125lb. I plan on counting calories and doing cardio five times a week and pilates five times a week... I am hoping to have updated photos every thirty days.
