Hello everyone,
I am Steve and have lost 116 pounds in 11 months. I have a goal of 120 pound loss in 1 year but may be shy by a pound or 2... Oh well, I will give it my best but no way I have failed. I am a new man, am doing things I never thought I would be doing and I am having a blast. I wake up Monday mornings counting the days for the weekend again.
I have lost my weight with the help of hypnosis. Hypnosis has helped me focus on food and exercise. I have always dieted by eating less food but not exercising... worked fine but gained it all back... Now I want to exercise because of hypnosis and can't wait to do it each day.
I will post some pictures some time soon.

South Shore just about 10 miles south of Boston,
3 visits 300.00 I eat better food, not to much junk... but exercise 7 days a week.
I do the elliptical each day 30 minutes, walk 2 miles and work all day.
Weekends I walk 4 miles, 30 min on elliptical and do weights every day for 15 minutes.
