Rep Power: 0 | | UPDATE progress photos!! so about 2 or so weeks ago i started a new routine that my dad calls circuit training. i think it's REALLY working out for me! i don't think i've lost any scale weight because i've been gaining some muscle but my physical appearance is improving greatly!
i've promised myself i wont step on the scale until the end of this month but i may wait until the end of next month till i weight in. which i will then take more photos and post another update.
let me know what you guys think! i still have a long way to go but my motivation is high!

Rep Power: 0 | | | thanks for all the boosters! im proud of how far i've gotten! yah i have been working really hard.. but im only going to keep pushing harder! every week i start going further so that it never gets easy.. other wise i don't feel like i've accomplished anything.
my weight is really evenly distributed so it's hard to tell how much i really need to loose. we people are like onions and loose weight from the most recent place that has gained first. that would be my stomach. so it has been the main thing shrinking. im looking forward to my legs and bottom going away though i know that will be the last thing.
im trying to keep my goals small.. not to look too far ahead and get discouraged by how much further there is.. not to say im not guilty of it but i try.
