Thanks for the pep talk!! It really helps me keep going through all the aches and pain. Sometimes I don't think I am doing enough but between working 9-12 hour days, school, volunteering through mentoring and PTSA, my crazy puppies and working out I am trying to focus on all the things that I help me to keep going. You all help alot....
Here is an update:
Updating with weight and measurements- I have been eating a bit differently and a bit better so that is good. I worked out a few times with Dance
Cardio Express and once with
Yoga for
weight loss. I also ran 3 times this week, which a I hate!! LOL. 2+ miles in Monday, 2.5+ miles Tuesday (Wed was suppose to be a hill day, but work canceled that out) Thurs always an off day cause I mentor at 7:05 am till 11:30 am so working out before hand then running home doesn't work out for me and Friday did a 1-1-1 test. A 1-1-1 test is 1 min of push ups 1 min of sit ups and a 1 mile run-I was testing myself...along with the guy I am working out with. In 1 min I did 26 Push ups, in 1 min of sit ups I did 39 and in the 1 mile run I did 9mins and 2 secs. I am actually annoyed by all of it because on my last test I did 46 Push ups in 2 mins, 82 Sit ups in 2 mins and 17:30 two mile (not fast by any means but faster than 9:02 mile). Ok...maybe I am being too hard on myself. However, I have a 2-2-2 test on or around 21st or so...So I have another week and a half of prep work to see how I do...I am sure I will be fine cause adrenalin always jumps in and takes over! Anyways enough rambling and here is my update...not impressive by any means but still my update.
Height: 5'5'' or 5'6'' on a good day
Weight: 166 (lost 1.6 lbs)
Chest: 36.5 (same)
Waist above belly button: 28 (lost .25)
Waist below belly button: 32 (same)
Hips-largest part of buttocks: 41.25 (same)

Happy working out to all...And someone told me recently that I am more than a number on the scale...I might start to believe it if I pass my 2-2-2 test with flying colors...HA!
