The first picture is around 200 pounds..Dont mind the ugliness I know it looks fricking awful...Not only did I just JUST WAKE UP and not showered or makeup on at all it is embarassing but the next picture is a little less than I weigh now.

That's just me giving you a complement. You look great and another example of why weight doesn't always tell the whole story. I assume you are in fact pretty tall though, right?

Hi Kate!! Everyday I wake up and have 1 cup of cereal. For lunch I normally have either cereal again or else haddock and grapes..Nothing heavy at all.. Supper I have very controller either chicken and shrimp and rice, or if my family makes a meatloaf dinner lets say I will have one piece and very small servings. I also do 45 minutes of cardio every day. I try to fit strength training in too. Its working for me so far!!
Are you sure your scale is not broken? LOL Seriously, not trying to be rude at all. I just can't believe that you are 5' 5" and 171 and you look that good. I would have honestly guessed 135.
