The first time reading through I skipped over the part where you said you were still over 200lbs. Then I down farther and see you say something about it and I am like, "what the..."
It just reaffirms what folks like Steve have been saying. Our goals shouldn't be a number on the scale, but a measurement of fitness.

Rep Power: 2 | | | 90 lbs! Thats pretty inspiring. I've lost 75lbs so far, I cant wait to get under 200! By the way, I had a girlfriend the same height and build as you and she only weighed 140! You look great =)
